I was born in Radford, Virginia and later relocated to Spring Lake North Carolina in 1972. I retired from Fort Bragg, NC as a Supervisory Budget Analyst for the XVIII Abn Corps in 1997. I was the Chief of the Program Branch at Fort Bragg and supervised eight employees. The Program Branch was responsible for developing and overseeing the Budget for Fort Bragg, excluding Womack Hospital, the Dental Clinics and the Special Forces.

I decided to become involved with real estate in 2004, and got my NC Real Estate Broker License in the same year. I also took classes in Appraising at Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst, NC and received my NC Appraisal Trainee License in 2004.

I began working with Beach Realty of Holden Beach, Inc. in January 1, 2005, at their Shallotte Office. I am still at the same office. In 2005 and 2006, my sales were right at $2 million.
